Big Apple to host Apple event
Don’t you think that it is rather fitting for the Big Apple, as New York is famously known for, to hold an event by Apple at the end of January 2012, where it will have the spotlight trained on a media-related announcement. Of course, Cupertino is famous for shifting the venue of their events from time to time, so New Yorkers might want to hold off any whoops of celebrations if you happen to be a huge Apple fan. There are some sources who claim that this event will not have anything to do with the iPad 3, which many people expect to see arrive at the market to further consolidate Apple’s position as the best selling tablet in the world later this year, so we will leave to your imagination as to what Apple has to say at the end of this month.
Word on the street has it that Apple SVP of Internet Software and Services, Eddy Cue, will be involved in the event, so you might want to check out the portfolios that fall under Eddy’s gaze and start making speculations or educated guesses. Apple’s PR team has obviously kept mum about the entire situation – what do you think?
