Looking forward to Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D for the Nintendo 3DS? Well if you are, and if you happen to be a huge fan, you might be interested in hear that MGS’s creator, Hideo Kojima, has teased fans of the game with what appears to be a special edition Nintendo 3DS that has been covered with a snakeskin-like texture, which we guess isn’t all too surprising given the title of the game!
Unfortunately considering this is a “teaser”, not much information was revealed but according to Hideo Kojima, further information such as pricing (of the console and possibly the game) and availability will be revealed on the 20th of January 2012. The game itself is not expected to see an arrival until March 2012 and will be pretty much an updated version of the PlayStation 2 version, but optimized for the Nintendo 3DS’ stereoscopic graphics. But for fans of the franchise, the 20th of January might be a date you will want to mark down on your calendars!
