Are you an eBay addict who owns a BlackBerry device? Good news for you, RIM has just announced the release of eBay 2.0 for BlackBerry smartphones. The updated app features a revamped user interface for easier navigation and quicker access to commonly used features, advanced search options for refining what you’re looking for, and BBM integration so you can chat/discuss with your friends about what you’re planning to bid on.
And for those of you with saved searches, items that you’re currently bidding on and so forth – the updated app will keep all of that information intact, and you’ll still receive notifications about items you’re bidding on. The messaging system has also been updated to support more message types i.e. rich HTML messages. eBay 2.0 now lets you sell items as well, with camera integration (you can also select a picture from your photo library), it’s never been easier to get rid of stuff you don’t want.
