This special digital edition of the movie allows users to “deconstruct scenes” in simultaneous views. What this does is that users will be able to see the scenes from performance capture to template right up to the final scene as pictured above. There will also be a “green screen X-Ray” feature that allows the viewer to view a scene in its original green screen footage.
If you ever wondered how films like Avatar are made, these special features on the iTunes digital download might be something worth checking out. The 12GB high-definition version of the movie will cost $20 and provide 7GB worth of special footage, while the 7GB standard-definition version will go for $15 with 4.6GB worth of special footage.
