As far as its specs are concerned, the Alcatel One Touch 995 will be running on a 1.4GHz processor with a 5MP camera and a 4.3” touchscreen display. It will also run on Android’s Gingerbread 2.3.4 although Alcatel has vowed that the device will be getting the latest update possible, which means that there is a slight chance that the Alcatel One Touch 995 could be getting Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0, although that remains to be seen.
No word on availability, although some are thinking that it could be officially unveiled at MWC in 2012, and that it will be sporting a price tag of around €199. With so many smartphones available in the market, we’ll have to wonder what so special about Alcatel’s One Touch 995 that sets it apart from its competition.
