You know for sure that a particular device is ready and waiting to be unleashed upon the masses when it has made its appearance online – and the same applies to the multimedia dock as well as vehicle mount for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus that you see here. Cartronics has the ‘offending’ product pages up, featuring the multimedia dock with a model number EDD-H1F8BEG as well as a vehicle mount with the model number ECS-K1F8BEG.
Expect the multimedia dock to hit the markets this coming November 21st, while the vehicle mount would probably take a far longer time in coming – which could be the reason why nothing was mentioned about it. There is still no word on specifications or images available for the desktop dock as well as vehicle mount, but it must be noted that both accessories have been listed as genuine Samsung products.
As for images of the Galaxy Nexus, they depict a trio of dots that might mean a simple docking process – which is a step forward from previous Android devices that tend to dock via microUSB. Samsung themselves have not announced any official accessories just yet, but I would say these are as real as the iPhone 5 would be announced sometime down the road.
