Gamers who have already made up their minds to pick up Batman: Arkham City will definitely be pleased to hear that the Nightwing character has been made official in the title, albeit via the route of challenge maps. If you so happen to pick up the Nightwing Bundle Pack, then you can control the previous Batman sidekick in all the available challenge maps – not to mention having the chance to explore another two new maps, and they are (drumroll, please) Wayne Manor and Main Hall. Similar to the other playable characters that are peppered throughout the game, Nightwing will be suitably equipped with his own set of moves and gizmos as he takes down the baddies.
Not only that, there is also a way for you to enjoy the game in an Animated Series Nightwing skin. There will also be a Robin Bundle Pack, where I guess it is safe to say that even more challenge maps will be introduced there. You will be able to pick up the Nightwing Bundle Pack and the Robin Bundle Pack this coming November 1 and November 22, respectively. Each of these packs will set you back by 560 Microsoft Points on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and $6.99 on the Playstation Network.
