Now it looks Apple could be in the process of building such a TV, according to Piper Jaffray analyst, Gene Munster, who is claiming that a source close to an Asian component supplier back in September said that Apple was already building prototypes of a high-definition television set. If his sources are to be believed, and assuming this isn’t based on the Steve Jobs’ quote in Walter Isaacson’s biography, a possible launch of an Apple TV could be in late 2012.
