Previously, these users were limited to only sending text updates to the service. There was no way for them to upload photographs via their phones. Well, it looks like things have changed, as today Twitter has announced that users can now share photographs via texting. All users have to do is attach the photograph to their text, and send it to Twitter like they’ve been doing with text messages all this while.
At the moment, only a few carriers support this function in the US: AT&T, Verizon Wireless and Cellular South – but you can expect it to be available on other networks in the future. How many of you are using text messages to update your Twitter account?
