Microsoft has started rolling an updated version of its Bing search engine to the public, which features some changes in the page’s layout. Text links to sections such as images, videos, and shopping have been moved to the top navigation bar, and the “popular now” bar at the bottom has been given a larger font size as well. Overall the front page does look cleaner, though I’m still not a fan of the image background they’ve got going on – Google’s cleaner, blank background does it for me.
Other than that, the site still functions in the same way as how Bing normally works. To view the changes you’ll need Windows 7 and IE9. Head over to the Bing website to check it out. What do you think of the new Bing?
