Gem Hsin has rolled out their latest mobile charging solution, the Tourmaline Series USB battery pack which will be slim and light in nature. For those who love running around and are always on-the-go, there are times when you do forget to juice up your phone or other portable devices, and this is where the Tourmaline 5000 comes in handy.
Boasting a large capacity 5000mAh battery that offers nearly four times the power capacity of the standard battery in an iPhone 4, it is capable of offering up to 72 hours of juice for certain devices such as Gem Hsin’s very own Topaz USB-powered desk lamps. Being diminutive in nature, at least you can tote this around easily without weighing you down on your travels.
There are two standard 5V USB output sockets that comes with the Tourmaline 5000 which will be able to handle iPhones, iPads, HTC Android phones, Samsung’s Galaxy, and the majority of Nokia models – basically, any device that plugs into a standard 5V USB power socket.
