iPhone 5 clone
There is the real deal, and then there is the fake which you can spot from afar, while another category which occupies the middle ground would be a fake that does seem very close to the original until you spend more time with it, realizing its cover after but a short while. It is interesting to note that while the iPhone 5 has yet to be released, fakes have already proliferated the market in China – but what can we expect from a country that has fake Apple Stores in Kunming to begin with?
The video after the jump shows off a fake iPhone 5, or an “inspired copy” if you prefer to be more diplomatic about things. It seems as though the folder app shows off just a quartet of apps when closed, while the sensitivity of the touchscreen display is certainly questionable as the person in the video needed to swipe the display repeatedly, lacking a “rubber band” effect that lets you know you have arrived at the last page as well.
I don’t think anyone’s going to get this since it isn’t even remotely close to a polished performance.
