It boasts of an Integrated Ergonomic handle for ease of use, and you can easily carry it around in challenging spaces. Being drop and shock resistant and tested to stringent MIL-STD-810G requirements, other features include spill resistance around the keyboard, touchpad, speakers, and wireless and power switches, dust resistant input/output ports, and a quick release hard drive mechanism which lets you remove your sensitive data in but seconds.

Powered by an Intel i5-540UM processor and an Intel HM55 chipset, the Durabook U12C will sport 8GB RAM, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth capability and a second battery just in case you need additional juice in whatever area you’re at. Security features include BIOS administrator password/Boot password, a fingerprint scanner and TPM 1.2 technology.
