We know that we are well into the second half of the year, and sometimes, the thoughts of your New Year’s resolution(s) do flit across your mind from time to time. Well, instead of moping about it, why not redeem yourself as there are still five more months to go before 2012 rolls around and the world ends? There are many ways to go about it, and cycling might appeal to many. Wattbike has teamed up with CrossFit Endurance, the leader in strength training and conditioning for endurance athletes, to help you maximize the use of Wattbike’s Trainer and Pro bikes.
These are touted to be the “world’s first affordable indoor bikes” which are able to accurately measure power (Watts) while delivering key performance data across 39 parameters. It has been given the nod of approval by British Cycling, and has seen plenty of action with elite athletes, sports bodies and professional sports teams.
The whole idea of the Wattbike Trainer and Pro bikes is meant to reproduce how it feels like when you are actually cycling outdoors – so come rain or shine, you can always get your fitness regime going on. Too bad when you’re going downhill, there isn’t any artificial breeze blowing your way, unless you fix a stand fan, close your eyes and pretend.
