Unfortunately, in this increasingly tough dog-eat-dog world, strong competition might have caused Viliv to fold, at least according to multiple sources that UMPC Portal managed to gather. It seems that the Korean company is about to call it quits, never mind that they just introduced a trio of Android- and Windows-powered tablets earlier this year.
Both Android-powered tablets did not make the jump onto retail store shelves just yet, but the Viliv X70 Windows 7 tablet has already peeked out from underneath its cover, and will have a 7″ display at 1,024 x 600 resolution to keep you happy in addition to a 1.5GHz Intel Atom Oak Trail processor and a 32GB SSD. We don’t think it would be a good thing to buy this when you see it, especially when the company is about to shut its doors for good.
