Suzuki Every electric van
We have heard that Nissan wants to expand upon their LEAF electric car by working on an electric-powered van, but it seems as though Japanese rival Suzuki has beat them to it with the aptly named Every electric van. The Every is not a looker for sure – just take a glance on the right and you will know what I mean, but at least you know riding around on this thing will help you do your part in keeping greenhouse emissions lower than normal. Powered by a lithium-ion battery which takes around 5 hours for a full charge, the Suzuki Every is able to cruise up to 62 miles – which is decent for an intra-city vehicle.
Currently, Suzuki will be sending out a mere 13 vehicles to a bunch of Japanese dealerships, and we wonder whether those who are superstitious would think that the Every electric van is a failure right from the get go. No idea on when it will finally hit the market though, but perhaps with more testing and market surveys, the Every would be the ultimate green soccer mom’s vehicle?
