Trust spies on the Internet to uncover even the darkest secrets that corporations do not want you to check out – of course, the case with the Blackberry Torch 9850 (also known as the Monaco by its code name) is not that serious, but it is still interesting to note that a developer simulator for said upcoming smartphone has already been leaked on the Internet, where it will deliver clues to the overall look and feel of the model for developers and curious onlookers alike.
It seems that the Torch 9850 will feature an inspired Storm 2-style body design, although what is more interesting about this would be the ability to offer users a chance to explore RIM’s Blackberry OS 7 (also known as the OS 6.1), where among them include a spanking new keyboard layout.
The upcoming operating system will come with a spanking new soft-keyboard layout in addition to an improved browser. Non-developers won’t find the software to be of any (or rather, much) use, since it is still unstable, but at least you have an idea on how it looks like. Expect the Blackberry Torch 9850 to be released on Sprint later this August.
