A couple of 7″ TFT LCD displays at 600 × 800 resolution apiece will keep the ARM Cortex A8 processor company, in addition to 384MB RAM, 1GB ROM, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 2.1 support, a 3-megapixel camera, USB 2.0, an SDHC memory card slot, GPS capability and up to 5 hours of battery life. Hmmm, 5 hours ain’t that much these days, so NEC might want to look into finding ways to extend that figure – needless to say, the two displays do contribute to the drain in battery life.
NEC has yet to reveal pricing information on the LifeTouch W, neither do we know anything on international distribution plans to date, but it has been said that doctors are part of the target group. Would you be getting this when it arrives?
