TuneIn Radio, the popular app that adds FM Tuner functionality to your smartphone is now finally available on Windows Phone 7. Previously available on BlackBerry, Android, and iOS; WP7 users can now enjoy listening to their favorite radio stations with their phones.
TunIn Radio works for all sorts of radio stations – not just radio stations with compatible internet streams but good ol’ fashioned radio stations that haven’t upgraded with the times yet. With a directory of over 50,000 AM/FM and Internet-only radio stations and podcasts airing in 140 countries and broadcasting in over 100 different languages, you’ll never have to remember station numbers just to tune in, even if you’re in a foreign country. It can even use the phone’s GPS and WiFi connection to determine the locality of the user to show them the local stations and what’s on air at the moment.
