Toshiba E-Waste Recycling Program now accepts all spent imaging consumables

Toshiba no longer remains an exclusive persona with their E-Waste Recycling Program, as it is now open to accept just about all kinds of spent imaging consumables, regardless of brand name. This piece of good news comes across after Toshiba celebrated an amazing 410% year-over-year increase in recycled imaging consumables as part of its “Zero Waste to Landfill” program.

They are also the first manufacturer to partner with Close the Loop Inc. (CTL), a world-class recycler of imaging consumables, and Toshiba has more or less led the frontline when it comes to e-waste recycling thanks to their heart and dedication for the environment. The company itself intends to maintain its lead at the top of the “green” pack by expanding their program, and are more than willing to accept any spent imaging consumables regardless of manufacturer to make it easier-than-ever for business customers to get their recycle needs started.

That’s definitely a plus point – sometimes, even if you want to go green, it isn’t any easier but rather more inconvenient due to the lack of facilities available to the masses, and to see Toshiba do its part is extremely heartening. [Press Release]
