The Samsung Nexus S 4G was officially announced to arrive on Sprint a couple of weeks ago and is said to arrive this spring. However, it might actually appear earlier than expected. It has been reported that an arrival date for the 4G phone running stock Android 2.3 would be on April 6. Apparently the date was spotted on the BestBuy preorder website for the Nexus S 4G and then removed not long after, since then it’s been replaced with a “Coming Soon” sign. It is uncertain if it was a mistake or it was deliberately leaked but if it turns out to be true, we’ll be seeing the phone in just 2 more days. The phone packs a 4″ Super AMOLED contour display, a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, front (VGA) and rear (5 megapixel) facing cameras, 16GB of internal memory, NFC-support, GPS, Bluetooth and WiFi. The phone will be priced at $199.99 with a 2 year contract. Be sure to read our Nexus S 4G review if you’re on the fence about purchasing this device.
