We spotted the Casio G’zOne Commando from Verizon Wireless in an image leak last week, and here we are with an official announcement of the rugged handset arriving for real. Ready to be deployed even in harsh environments, the Commando can be said to be a mobile office that sports high security features for secure corporate email (how about Google Docs running on it?), coupled with Wi-Fi connectivity that delivers high-speed Internet access wherever you are, with XT9 and T9 trace input for efficient typing.

Capable of withstanding even the most extreme of conditions, the Casio G’zOne Commando canmake the transition from work to play thanks to advanced G’zGEAR software. G’zGEAR operates in eight different modes in order to help it enhance your active, adventure-driven lifestyle.
