Meant to see action in buildings, RVs, boats and other normally-challenging environments, the UA600EX intends to enable PCs, Macs and other compatible mobile devices to hook up to 2.4GHz 802.11b, g, or Wi-Fi N networks, while sporting a weatherproof enclosure and indoor and outdoor mounting kits.
The USB adapter itself comes with a 26.5-foot weatherproof dual-connector USB 2.0 cable that lets you connect to a computer or USB-equipped router, where it will receive the necessary juice to keep it running from there. Although users are able to use only one USB connector for basic operation, a couple can see action to achieve maximum performance when the situation calls for it. Expect to fork out around $100 thereabouts (prices vary depending on the vendor you purchase it from) if you’re interested.
