Want to get your hands on Sony Ericsson’s upcoming gaming Android phone before almost everyone else? Well if you’ve got the cash, all you need to do is head to eBay. A number of Xperia Play devices were given away at the GDC last week, and it looks like some folks have no need for the phone and have turned to eBay to auction them off. With folks willing to pay up to $810 (at this time of writing), you know it’s not going to be cheap. But hey, you’ll be one of the first in the world to actually own the device. Though what you’re paying the seller can probably get the buyer a new one, and some extra cash to spend when the device finally launches this spring. Are you willing to spend a fortune on it just to have it before anyone else?
