At this year’s Lego World in Copenhagen, Germany, Lego builders from all over Europe came together to combine individual sections of moving mechanisms they created in order to create the world’s largest Great Ball Contraption (GBC). If you have no idea what a GBC is, think of contraptions like those from Wallace & Gromit and you should get the picture. The Lego GBC is on a much larger scale – with 92 different sections joined together to create one insanely long course for a ball to travel from one end to the other.
