JBL OnBeat pumps music out of your iOS devices
JBL has just announced the launch of their new loudspeaker dock for iOS devices, called the OnBeat. This specially designed speaker dock is suitable for iPad, iPod, and iPhone devices. With a rotatable stand, it can even be the perfect companion for you to watch your movies in widescreen/horizontal mode, without you having to prop the device up yourself. The dock also works as a charger and if you have a composite cable – the dock even outputs videos onto your TV, for those moments when you don’t have an Apple TV to make use of AirPlay. It even has an IR remote control for you to control your iOS devices from across the living room, and has USB and Auxiliary inputs for those times when you don’t have an iOS device handy with you, but you still want to share music. The JBL OnBeat will be on sale in April and will set you back $150.
