Microsoft warns about Internet Explorer security flaw
Microsoft has just issued a (another) warning about a security flaw with their browser – Internet Explorer. Apparently there is a loophole in the program that can be used by malicious hackers to steal private information or gain control of computers. The bug affects every single Internet Explorer web browser, which is roughly 900 million people worldwide. While the flaw can only be exploited through Internet Explorer, it is actually within Windows itself – so it is a serious threat to security, considering how many users are using Windows and Internet Explorer on their computers. Microsoft has yet to fix the hole, but they have released a patch that blocks all attempts to use it. Hopefully this will do for now while they look for a way to fix it permanently. Head here to download the patch for your Windows computer, especially if you are an Internet Explorer user
