Lenovo IdeaPad S205, S100 Ultra-Portables
Lenovo Just introduced the S250, a new ultra-portable with an 11.6″ display and a slim design that catches the eye. Lenovo realizes that typing on these small laptops can be challenging, so the company has opted for a chiclet keyboard that looks comfortable to type on. We’ll have to try that one later during CES 2011. Because it is designed for maximum mobility, you can opt for a 3G “broadband” connection – unless you can live off WiFi, which is usually difficult (where’s the hotspot ). Lenovo has added a twist by adding DirectShare, a file synchronizing application that works offline.
The S250 will have a sidekick with the S100, a 10.1″ computer weighing about 2.2lbs, designed for the same purpose, but in a slightly different form-factor, and colors (red, fuchsia, sky blue and black).
