Folks have long been dreaming of a car that runs on water, but what about a water-propelled jetpack? That’s exactly what the video (after the jump) is about, as Raymond Li is ready to bring his water-propelled jetpack to the masses with a March 2011 launch date. The JetLev, as it’s called, relies on an engine and fuel tank (that remains on the water’s surface) to pump water into the backpack that is then shot out in order to keep your superman act going. The top speed is 22mph and the max height is 33 feet, though we expect most folks to have plenty of fun even if it could only manage 5 feet. In case you’re wondering, it’ll set you back $99,500, so you might want to sell your house first.
