Fujitsu has just released the M440 – the world’s most eco-friendly mouse – producing this mouse ejects less carbon dioxide into the air that creating one with regular plastic. All the non-metal parts of the mouse are made from biologically sourced renewable compounds such as lignin, starch, and natural resins. The bio-degradable mouse works just like a regular plastic mouse and in some instances can be more comfortable due to the more elastic nature of its materials. Sounds like a great way to save the environment, perhaps we’ll see more accessories and eventually computers and laptops made from renewable materials like these in the future. The Fujitsu M440 will set you back $22 – not a bad price to pay to help save the environment.
