As of now, about 9.76 billion apps have been download, so they’re well on the way to reaching that magical 10 billion number. The contest rules state that users are only limited to 25 downloads a day, usage of automated software is not allowed, and you have to allow Apple to use your name and image for any promotions – a small trade-off considering the $10,000 reward.
