Nexus S To Get OTA Updates, No Need For Samsung Kies
Mac users out there who are interested in the Nexus S will probably be happy to hear a confirmation from an Android developer that since the phone uses a stock Android build, it’ll support OTA updates all the way. This means that users won’t have to use the Samsung Kies desktop management client to install software updates, especially since the software isn’t compatible with Macs. With the Nexus S about to start shipping, we’re really looking forward to taking this phone for a test drive.
