Better late than never is the adage that PS3 owners will subscribe to as they hear of news of the Mass Effect 2 demo being made available to the PS3 console from next Tuesday onwards via the PlayStation Network. Once that happens, you will need to wait for around another month before the real deal is rolled out in January 18th 2011. Of course, this good news comes after word of Mass Effect 3 being made available across multiple consoles and the PC platform simultaneously in due time, so PS3 owners won’t have too much time to wait in between both releases to get their Mass Effect fix. No longer must you be confined to the Xbox 360 in order to get a feel of what Mass Effect offers, and we suspect it will be a big hit on Sony’s platform as well.
