HP has released a new firmware update for six of its business LaserJet printers, enabling mobile printing and additional built-in printing options with the promise that more models will be supported in the future. Thanks to the update, HP ePrint-compatible printers can now have print jobs sent to them via email. The firmware update also offers additional printing options, dubbed “business apps” by HP. The models that will receive the firmware update include the HP LaserJet Pro CM1415 MFP, CP1525, M150 MFP, CP1020 and HP Color LaserJet CM4540 MFP and CP5525. Each printer will have its own unique email address that compatible documents can be sent to and printed directly. Sounds like a fancy way to get your printing done.
