If you regularly keep in touch with friends and family overseas, the good news is that a leaked memo shows that T-Mobile is planning to introduce a new low-cost international text and calling plan in time for the holidays. If the memo is accurate, the new plan allows users to send unlimited text messages to cell phones in over 220 countries and call landline phones in 56 countries without having to pay long-distance charges and it willonly count against your monthly minute quota. There are requirements to the plan though, such as using a postpaid calling account with a monthly plan of $49.99 or higher and an unlimited domestic text messaging plan. If your deal meets the requirements, you can add the plan for an additional $10 per line. The plan should be going live from December 8th, and that’s just a week away.
