Hmmm, when we hear of superlatives like “smallest”, “biggest” and “most expensive”, chances are we wouldn’t have third world countries in mind. Well, India can lay claim to having the smallest multi-functional printer in the world thanks to Samsung India’s launch of the SCX-3201. It measures all of a diminutive 388mm × 299mm x 234mm, but bear in mind that this is just a monochrome printer so you won’t be able to have the whole color works despite being able to print (obviously), copy and scan, delivering the “best cost per page.” This USB-powered printer is capable of hitting 1200dpi resolution while boasting a Print Screen button, an Eco-print button that lowers print resolution and the Soft Power button which intends to lower power consumption. According to Samsung, the monthly duty cycle of the printer hits a maximum of 5,000 pages and has a top speed of 17 pages per minute. It costs around $200 after conversion in that part of the world, and if you top it up by a bit more, there is another 2-year warranty added on.
