The Gigabyte T1125 convertible Windows 7 tablet has gotten some pumped up specs and a nice dock to accompany the device while it rests away on the top of your desk, similar to Gigabyte’s Booktop solution. First off, the T1125 will now ship with either an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor, with emerging markets to get the lower spec Core 2 Duo ULV chips. The 11.6-inch laptop will feature an 1366 X 768 display that can rotate into tablet mode, either 2GB or 4GB of RAM, 320 GB or 500 GB HDD, Intel graphics or optional NVIDIA Optimus 310M GPU. WiFi, Bluetooth, 1.3-megapixel webcam, USB 2.0, HDMI, memory card reader, audio in/out all make the cut as well, with options for USB 3.0 and a 3G modem. The device also has a docking station, which will orient the laptop vertically and has an optical drive. There is no pricing nor release date for the devices at this time.
