Delta Airlines offers free inflight Wi-Fi connectivity
Delta Airlines has just announced the availability ot free in-flight Internet access on all of its Wi-Fi equipped flights during the upcoming holiday season – perhaps it would be useful in tweeting to the world that your flight was delayed, or updating your Facebook status on how much you miss your mom’s cooking compared to the stuff they serve in-flight? This free Internet access will start from November 20, 2010 onwards, all the way through January 2, 2011. It is offered in conjunction with Gogo Inflight, Google and the Google Chrome Web browser, although you need not stick to Google products to go online. All you need to do is join the gogoinflight wireless network and head on to the airborne.gogoinflight.com Web site while you’re thousands of feet in the air.
