Opera has rolled out the first alpha of Opera 11, which is actually the next version of the company’s award-winning desktop web browser. Opera 11 is touted to be the first Opera browser that will play nice with extensions, as well as browser add-ons made thanks to Opera application programming interfaces (APIs) and web standards such as HTML5 and JavaScript. This adds a whole new level of customization to what is already deemed to be a pretty powerful browser, so you might want to head on here and give it a go. If you want to make an extension of your own, it can be accomplished via three simple steps. First, check out this website for comlpete tutorials to get started from scratch. Follow that up by coding your extension using common web standards (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5), ending with uploading it via this site. Now how easy is that, eh?
