Everyone and their dog knows that the Samsung Galaxy Tab is more than ready to hit the market worldwide, but only recently did the Wi-Fi only model of the Galaxy Tab made an appearance on the FCC. This $499 device will be a Benjamin cheaper than the 3G-enabled model, and you also save more dollars since there is no unlimited data plan to pay additional money each month for either as you rely solely on the power of Wi-Fi networks in order to stay online. It has cleared FCC tests for 802.11 and Bluetooth wireless, although we are not too sure whether the rest of its parts will be able to make the cut. Of course, chances are pretty good that it will, but you can never quite tell what would happen in the future, eh?
