Word on the street has it that Dell’s upcoming Windows Phone 7 smartphone will be arriving on T-Mobile, where it will also feature an Android-powered version as well. For the uninitiated, the Dell Venue Pro comes with a sliding design with full portrait QWERTY keyboard, not to mention a zippy second gen 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 4.1-inch WVGA AMOLED capacitive display, a 5-megapixel camera with flash and autofocus, 1GB ROM and 512 MB RAM. Do you think Dell shouldn’t divert their attention and resources to the smartphone business, as they would do better to concentrate on regaining the computing crown from HP.
