The TRON Legacy movie can be said to be a blockbuster as part of a foregone conclusion, although it remains to be seen whether the 2D version would be as stunning as the way it is meant to be viewed – and by that, we mean via stereoscopic 3D. Well, the movie is still on track for a December 17th release, and Disney aims to wring more money out of this cash cow by rolling out a bunch of other TRON-branded accessories to the mass market of rabid fans. One of them would be the TRON Legacy Wiimote that has just passed the FCC’s scrutiny, where it will function in the same way as other Wiimotes within, albeit with a TRON color scheme on the outside as well as the signature aqua-blue lighting from the franchise. Since this will be a collector’s edition, why not place two orders – one to use, and one to keep?
