Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Tab at the IFA and the tablet should be hitting Europe first, with a US launch slated further down the line. The version on demo was a GSM one, so there wasn’t any confirmation of a CDMA version, despite the recent Verizon inventory shots. What we do know are its technical specifications, which include:
- Android 2.2 with TouchWiz 3.0
- 7-inch 1024 x 600 pixel resolution display
- 1GHz Cortex A9 processor
- 16GB or 32GB internal storage
- microSD card expansion up to 32GB
- Front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera
- Rear-facing 3-megapixel camera with flash
- 4,000mAh battery
- 3G
- 5GHz dual-band 802.11n Wi-Fi
- Full HD video playback
