The BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330 was recently announced, and while we know that the smartphone will come with OS 6 compatibility, nobody (save for a select few we believe) really thought that the software upgrade would come in so fast. Check out the image above that shows off a 9330 that runs on OS 6. Despite the BlackBerry OS 6 being mostly a visual update, it will come with a few functional upgrades such as a WebKit browser, universal search and an amalgamated social networking application – all on an entry-level smartphone. It is nice to see RIM making sure their low-end handsets are able to run on BlackBerry OS 6, as it gives a warm, fuzzy feeling to folks who purchase an entry-level handset without feeling out of place.
