AIS Releases Its Rugged 15-inch Panel Computer
American Industrial Systems Inc. (AIS) has introduced its 15-inch IP67 NEMA 4 Panel PC which is a fancy name for a tablet designed for Military, Transportation, and Aerospace Applications. The device is completely sealed to the IP67 / NEMA 6 rated standards for water and dust protection, allowing it to operate even while submersed in water. The display is compliant with the MIL-STD-810F rating for vibration, shock, and drop to ensure that it can take a proper beating. Technical specifications of this tablet include:

- 15-inch 1024 x 768 pixel LCD display
- Windows XP Embedded, Windows XP, Windows CE 5.0, or Linux 2.6.11
