Photoshop fans should be happy to hear that Adobe has announced the release of Photoshop Elements 9 and Premiere Elements 9, which are available for both PC and Mac users, making it the first time that Premiere Elements has been available for the Mac platform. New features in Photoshop Elements 9 include the Spot Healing Brush that is derived from the popular Content Aware function in Photoshop CS5 while the Guided Edit feature walks the user step-by-step through popular photo effects. Premiere Elements 9 now offers an Organizer that allows users to tag and view media from a central location while the Auto-Analyzer helps you tag photos and can identify specific faces. The Photoshop/Premiere Elements bundle will set you back $150, or you can pay $100 each to acquire the software separately.
