Verizon delivers Flash 10.1 update for Motorola Droid
The Motorola Droid might be a venerable smartphone by now, but that doesn’t mean there is no longer any more software support from its carrier. No sir, Verizon Wireless has started to push the Flash Player 10.1 update from the Android Market to the Motorola Droid, which incidentally was the recipient of the Android 2.2 Froyo update recently. This new development would mean Droid users are able to access Flash-based games, animations, videos and Internet apps without missing a beat, although the slower processor on the Droid might bog things down a bit whenever the action gets hot and heavy. Anyone given it a go yet, and what are your findings?
