The folks over at Tokyoflash are no strangers to weird watches, and next up is the Traffic Watch, which uses three map routes to announce the time to its wearer. The hours are the city streets marked in blue, while 5 minute intervals are shown along the subway line, and the single minutes are shown in green. There is also an optional night mode animation that is available between 6pm to midnight. It can be recharged via USB, and will be able to last for about a month on a 3.5 hour charge. The battery is good for up to 300 charge cycles, and can be replaced when necessary. It’s priced at 15,900 Yen ($169), and comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
