Stream TV Networks has plans to introduce a spanking new mobile tablet to the world which is touted to optimize portability, connectivity and computing power in a solitary device known as the eLocity A7. Boasting a high resolution 7″ display packed into an 8.2″ x 4.8″ form factor, the eLocity A7 tablet is way more portable compared to the Apple iPad, and will be available for the placement of pre-orders from August 24th onwards. Powered by the Android operating system, the eLocity A7 will play nice with a wide range of mobile apps while offering a greater degree of compatibility with common office software. While detailed technical specifications on its hardware will be revealed on its official launch day, Stream TV has promised that the eLocity A7 will come with an integrated high-end display and graphics technology. Can we have Android 2.2, please, and will it work with the Android Market? It would be interesting to see just which market demographic will pick up this tablet as their primary gadget of choice.
