While iPod docks that can be mounted onto a wall aren’t exactly something new, they are still much rarer in terms of device count compared to regular, desk-bound docks. Pioneer takes the alternative route with teh KODO XW-NAW1, as it will retail for £199 (around $300 after conversion). Being designed to look as though it might be stuck onto a wall, Pioneer has kept the KODO XW-NAW1 slim enough to hang on a wall at 83mm without being too obtrusive, while there is also the option of placing in your desk thanks to a matching stand. It will play nice with iPhones and iPods, while its 30W stereo speaker is equipped with touch sensor controls with the ability to output video courtesy of its component video port. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it is definitely a winner simply because of the alternative and flexible design.
